Warranty Policy

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us, and we will do whatever we can to make things right. If you need to return or exchange something, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will solve the issue.

Limited Warranty

OttoLock will repair or replace any product determined by OttoLock to be defective in materials or workmanship within one year of the date of original purchase. This express warranty is in lieu of all other warranties. OttoLock shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. OttoLock shall not provide warranty if product was purchased from individual sellers or non-authorized third party sellers.

Theft Replacement Program

We offer an OttoLock Theft Replacement Program which allows you a new lock at 50% off the retail price. In the case of your lock being damaged from a theft attempt, you may take advantage of this program by sending us an email with a photo of your damaged OttoLock product. After receipt of your photo submission you will then receive a 50%-off-retail code with ordering instructions via the email address you have provided. Shipping, taxes and duties are not included.

Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 24-48 hours of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Special Offers & Promotional Terms

The following terms and conditions are applicable for all OttoLock special offers and promotions:

• Promotion or coupon codes cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions or coupon codes in the same order. Only one promotion or coupon code may be used per order.
• Offers are not redeemable for cash.
• Any promotion code or coupon value is as specified on the coupon or offer.
• OttoLock promotion codes are redeemable only on the ottolock.com website.
• If you do not purchase the qualifying items when the coupon or promotion is in effect, the offer will not apply.
  
• OttoLock reserves the right to terminate any offer or promotion without notice.
