We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $49.99 or more shipping to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order total meets the threshold — no code needed.

- Standard Shipping — $10.00 flat rate on orders under $49.99
- Express Shipping — $15.00 flat rate
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
- Standard Shipping — $20.00 flat rate
Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
International
International shipping is not currently available through our online store. Please contact us at support@ottolock.com for international order inquiries.
Order Processing
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 24–48 hours of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Estimated delivery times commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and are provided as a guide only.
